United Online offers value-priced Internet access via it's NetZero and Juno brands. After pioneering this space in 2001 they continue to offer this service, but as legacy products the brand rarely gets updated. During 2014 there was a push to update the brand from its late 90's "techy" feel to a more modern, friendly vibe, focusing on the emotional component of "connection".
This brand guide was a complete overhaul of the previous NetZero look. The new direction was lighter and friendlier than the brand had ever been. Unfortunately shortly after this guide was created, the direction was killed due to a change in senior management.
NetZero offers an array of add-on services to its internet users. Over the years the logos for these add-ons became disconnected with each other resulting in a catalog of products that was visually disorganized. A refresh campaign was launched resulting in an icon to represent each service that work cohesively as a group.
