During my time at United Online my role as Visual designer included visual design/UI concepts for mobile apps. Some light wireframing and UX was included as well, though never fully flushed out, as these projects never got past the exploration stage.
When MyPoints updated it's mobile App, the goal was to produce something easy and fun to use that provided a simple way to collect reward points while on the go. This solution subtly conveys the feel of a boardwalk midway, presenting the experience via games and friendly design, complete with custom icons.
A business proposal that was a result of the UOL Hackathon, "Healthy Buddy" allows health driven individuals to locate places they might be interested in visiting. This includes physical activities, healthy places to eat, and the ability to set up meeting times with friends or even meet new people who enjoy similar activities.
